Video: Celtics pummel Nets 139-96

The Boston Celtics gave the TD Garden a treat putting up an amazing first quarter where they outscored the Brooklyn Nets by 30 points. After that 46-16 1st quarter, it was smooth sailing for the Celtics who picked up the easy 139-96 win.

Jayson Tatum scored a game high 31 points in a rare night where he got to play less than 30 minutes, while Jaylen Brown pitched in with 26 of his own. The Celtics improve to 37-15, while Kyrie Irving and the Nets fall to 31-20.

The Celtics will look to keep the momentum going on Friday when they host the Phoenix Suns.
