The Boston Celtics are in the midst of a heated battle for one of the final playoff spots in the Eastern Conference, and despite a disheartening loss to the Miami Heat on Wednesday, president Danny Ainge still expects his team to make the playoffs.
"I think we should be able to finish this schedule out and win enough games to make the playoffs," he said. "I'm not hanging my hat on that. I'm just glad our guys are playing meaningful games every night. I give [head coach] Brad [Stevens] an A-plus for the job he has done this year. He's fantastic and I wouldn't trade him for any coach in the league. I love the guy."
Boston only plays five of their final 11 games at home, and eight of the games are against teams currently in the postseason.
