The Atlanta Falcons are rumored to be in the market for a pass rusher with the #8 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, and they could very well look to rising Kentucky Wildcats edge rusher Bud Dupree if they indeed go that route.
Per Chase Goodbread of NFL.com, "this week, two NFL clubs that could have an opportunity to draft Dupree a bit higher than most project sent representatives to the Lexington, Ky., campus to meet with him: the Atlanta Falcons and Cleveland Browns."
Dupree is being picked by some to leap frog Nebraska Cornhuskers standout Randy Gregory as one of the four top edge pass rusher options in the draft following Gregory's admission of a failed NFL Scouting Combine drug test.
Other options that are projected to be a part of that elite prospect group are Missouri's Shane Ray, Florida's Dante Fowler, and Clemson's Vic Beasley. The Falcons have already shown pre-draft interest in both Ray and Beasley.
