There have been rumors floating around for some time that the Arkansas Razorbacks might change their iconic logo, and it looks like there was some truth behind them.
On Tuesday, the Arkansas online store posted a picture of a hat showing a new logo, then took it down almost immediately:
Arkansas Sporting Life were able to snag the screenshot, and according to Arkansas blog Lightly Buzzed, Razorbacks AD Jeff Long will meet with Nike shortly to finalize details about the logo reveal. Arkansas made a minor change to their color scheme earlier this year, and it appears that may have been a prelude to more significant changes.
