Arizona Wildcats redshirt freshman wide receiver Jaden Mitchell is out for the year with a knee injury and freshman running back Frank Brown Jr. will miss a few weeks with an MCL injury, head coach Kevin Sumlin said during his weekly press conference.
Mitchell and Brown both recently posted pictures on Instagram of them using crutches:
It’s the latest setback for Mitchell, who has been riddled by injury and illness his UA entire career. The Las Vegas-Desert Pines product greyshirted in 2018 after tearing his ACL in the first game of his senior year of high school.
