Well, that was more like it.
The offense certainly looked strong enough tonight, but that defense was something to behold. Poor Scott Lashley probably wishes he stayed in Tuscaloosa after Will Anderson worked him over all night. They just left that man on an island to play the Washington Generals to Anderson’s Globetrotters, and never made any kind of adjustment.
Bryce Young was sutgical tonight, the run game solid, and Jordan Battle got a pick six. Just a great night overall from a team that badly needed one. The challenge will be maintaining that intensity the rest of the season.
