Jalen Hurts is showing pro scouts and media pundits at Lucas Oil Stadium that he is a quarterback and a highly productive one. The native Texan kicked off Thursday with the best performance in the 40-yard dash for signal callers – posting a time of 4.59 seconds.
Hurts would then share the highest mark for the broad jump (10’5”) and tied for third with recording a 35” vertical. In the on-field passing drills, the former Alabama and Oklahoma quarterback had some of the best throws of the day.
