Alabama players virtually visit youth at Children’s Hospital in Georgia

The University of Alabama football team will battle Miami in the Chik-fil-A season opener in 78 days.

Before it faces the Hurricanes, Nick Saban and a few players virtually visited a Children’s Hospital in Georgia this week.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic still going on, the Crimson Tide was able to spend time with the youth. According to a video posted to Alabama football on Twitter, athletes such as Chris Owens, John Metchie, Christopher Allen, Phidarian Mathis, and William Anderson were featured speaking to children. Owens, Allen, and Mathis all spoke on the importance of the platform Alabama has given them to impact others.
