Alabama commit ‘glad’ Dabo Swinney and Clemson did not offer him

A video of Clemson’s head football coach, Dabo Swinney, at a press conference in 2016 responding to Colin Kaepernick kneeling during the national anthem has resurfaced and gone viral.

In the video, Swinney, expressed his opinion about the strides he feel America has made in terms of racial equality.

“Some of these people need to move to another country,” Swinney said. “I think a lot of things in this world was just a dream for Martin Luther King. Not a one term, but a two term black president, and this is a terrible country? That was a dream for Martin Luther King.
