The NFL's 272-game 2024 slate will kick off with the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Baltimore Ravens in a rematch of last season's AFC championship game at Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday, Sept. 5. The Chiefs will be taking aim at history this season, vying to become the league's first team to win the Super Bowl in three consecutive seasons.
A day later, on Friday, Sept. 6, the NFL will hold its first game in Brazil, when the Philadelphia Eagles "host" the Green Bay Packers in São Paolo.
